Since a couple of days ago, GuitarVids.net has another new feature! Some call it “revenue sharing” i just call it “a chance to earn $$$”. Well.. It’s not just a chance to earn direct income, but you can use it to promote a CD/DVD of your or your own site, by linking it to it and monetize your work that way.

As of today, GuitarVids.net has its own custom-made flash player!
The best thing about the player is its ability to loop a section of the video. This feature should prove very useful for those of you who are trying to learn from the video lessons, since we all know that the best way to learn is by doing the same thing over and over (and over and over) again 
Hey… “Repetitio est mater studiorum” applies to guitar learning as well (or especially?).
Anyway… Check the video below to get an idea on how to handle the new flash player. It’s all pretty simple and straightforward, so you shouldn’t have any problems with it.
I was just talking to a flash developer about adding some new features to the video player used on GuitarVids.net. He told me my ideas are doable and he’ll start working on implementing them right away.
This means that you can look forward to a very useful feature being added soon to the player that will have a substantial impact on your video viewing/manipulation options. Excited? I know I am

GuitarVids.net has been online for almost half a year and finally I managed to setup this blog (very hard work! :-D)
Anyway… The site has been getting some nice traffic lately from various social bookmarking sites. Glad to see people are still interested in guitars and guitar music in today’s “YO! WASSUP NI**A?!! CHECK OUT MY BLING BLING AND HOES!” world.
However, I was expecting that, with the influx of viewer traffic, the uploader base would expand as well. But so far, there’s only a couple of active uploaders. Come on people! Let the world see your skills and musicianship! Register and upload your guitar videos.
